The Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS approved today, on 2 March 2015 the annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2014 of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. The Supervisory Board decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. The revenues and profits remained unchanged compared to the preliminary disclosure on 11 February 2015.
The consolidated audited revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of 2014 was 535.0 million euros. The revenue for the year of 2013 was 498.7 million euros. The revenue increased by 7.3 per cent.
The consolidated audited net profit of the Group for the year of 2014 was 20.3 million euros. The net profit for the year of 2013 was 17.5 million euros.
