Scott+Scott, Attorneys at Law, LLP Has Filed an Action Against GNC Holdings, Inc. Relating to Herbal Supplements


NEW YORK, March 2, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Scott+Scott, Attorneys at Law, LLP has filed an action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York against GNC Holdings, Inc. concerning herbal supplements that do not contain the ingredients represented on the products' labels. Specifically, the action relates to the New York State Attorney General's investigation and announcement that it had accused four major retailers of selling fraudulent and potentially dangerous herbal supplements and demanded that they remove the products from their shelves. The herbal supplements include the following sold by GNC, Target, and Walgreens:
