Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-03-03 15:15 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 3 of March, 2015, AB Lietuvos Dujos received a letter from the Company’s shareholder - Lietuvos Energija, UAB (hereinafter - Lietuvos Energija), holding 96,64 percent of Lietuvos Dujos shares - containing information about expected changes. The letter informs that the Board of Lietuvos Energija approved the concept of activity chain purifying programme for Lietuvos Energija group, foreseeing the merger of Lietuvos Dujos and LESTO to the joint venture distribution network company. It is expected that a plan of a detailed project will be approved in April, 2015 and the implementation is planned by the end of December, 2015.
Any subsequent actions and decisions will be announced by Lietuvos Dujos publicly according to the laws.
