AB ANYKŠČIŲ VYNAS (hereinafter - Anykščių Vynas) informs that on 2 March 2015 the Company has concluded a loan contract with AB SEB bankas under which the Company was granted a long-term credit amounting to 1 100 000 EUR and an account credit surplus limit amounting to 1 200 000 EUR. The long-term credit repayment term is established until 27 February 2020, the term of repayment of account credit surplus limit is established until 31 May 2015. Received credit funds will be used for covering of the Company’s financial liabilities to UAB „MG BALTIC TRADE“ as well as for financing of working capital. Information about a contract on loan refinancing signed by the Company and UAB „MG BALTIC TRADE“ was announced in a notice on material event dated 5 December 2014.
