Posting of Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 30 September 2014 has been posted to shareholders.
Furthermore, the Company has posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH, at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 27 March 2015.
