On March 2, 2015, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., Baltimore, Maryland,
United States of America, has informed us according to Article 21, Section
1 of the WpHG that its proportion of voting rights on Brenntag AG,
Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has fallen below the
3% threshold of the voting rights on February 26, 2015, and on that day
amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 4,623,280 voting rights).

2.18% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 3,376,785 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.

0.81% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,246,495 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.

States of America, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that its proportion of voting rights on Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz
1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, has fallen below the 3% threshold of
the voting rights on February 26, 2015, and on that day amounted to 2.99%
(this corresponds to 4,623,280 voting rights).

2.99% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,623,280 voting rights) is
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
