Taking place on April 8, 2015, in Irvine at the Eureka Building, the festival is meant to bring together and celebrate entrepreneurs, technology leaders, startup CEOs, investors, city officials, university faculty, developers, and more to celebrate OC's growing startup and tech scene. This year's fest will include a Keynote Speaker, Startup Pitch Contest, Microsoft Store Showcase, inspired food and live music performances. Presenting startups will apply to be part of the pitch contest and the winner will receive prizes from Eureka, Microsoft and other community partners. "Microsoft loves the innovation happening in Orange County and Eureka is at the center of it," says Daniel Egan (Microsoft Evangelist). The FEST will also include the presentation of the Eureka Entrepreneur Award given to a leading Entrepreneur in OC.
