On 4 March 2015, Rossmann Beteiligungs GmbH, Burgwedel, Germany, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany,
have fallen below the 25 percent limit of the Voting Rights on 2 March 2015
and on that day amounted to 24.99 percent (this corresponds to 3,419,089
Voting Rights).

On 4 March 2015, Mr. Dirk Roßmann, Germany, has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, have fallen below the
25 percent limit of the Voting Rights on 2 March 2015 and on that day
amounted to 24.99 percent (this corresponds to 3,419,089 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 24.99
percent of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,419,089 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to Mr. Dirk Roßmann.

The attributed Voting Rights are held via the Rossmann Beteiligungs GmbH,
Burgwedel, Germany, which is controlled by Mr. Dirk Roßmann.
