By letter of 5 March 2015 DMG MORI GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed
us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of
DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, GildemeisterstraÃe 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 5% and 3% as at 5 March 2015 and
amounts to 6.94% (5,471,119 voting rights) at this day.
By letter of 5 March 2015 DMG MORI SEIKI CO., Ltd., Nara, Japan, has
informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting
rights of our company has exceeded the threshold of 30% as at 5 March 2015
and amounts to 38.52% (30,356,799 voting rights) at this day. Thereof 6.94%
(this corresponds to 5,471,119 voting rights) are to be attributed to DMG
MORI SEIKI CO., Ltd. according to sec. 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of
the WpHG that are held by DMG MORI GmbH.
