AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter Pro Kapital) is constantly investigating different options to finance the future development projects. The Management Board of Pro Kapital informs that it has started pre-sounding with qualified investors with the purpose to understand the demand and the investor’s conditions in participating in the intended issue of secured bonds.
Currently no exact conditions (the number, nominal value, maturity, interest rate of the debt securities, security, subscription conditions, issue price etc) of the intended issue of secured bonds have been determined and no decision has been taken to issue such bonds.
The decision whether to issue such debt instrument and if so, the conditions of such debt instrument shall be decided after the end of the pre-sounding with qualified investors. In case Pro Kapital will make the decision to issue the secured bonds, a separate notice will be issued with the details of the bond issue.
