According to S.29 of the Danish Act on Securities Trading, we announce that on 6 March 2015 Jyske Bank was informed that Baillie Gifford & Co. Ltd. on 5 March 2015 reduced its holding of shares in Jyske Bank A/S to 4,382,999 shares of DKK 10, equalling 4.6% of the total share capital.
