Purchase of Treasury Shares

Correction of the announcement dated March 5, 2015

The announcement pursuant to article 4 Sec. 2 of Regulation (EC) No
2273/2003 on the resumption of the share buyback programme of the company
dated March 5, 2015, states that the bank assigned to carry out the share
buyback has committed itself to observe the trading restrictions of Article
5 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 of December 22, 2003 (EC
Reg.), and thus i.a. in accordance with EC Reg. not to acquire more than
25% of the average daily volume of shares in any one day on the stock
exchange on which the purchase is carried out. In fact, the bank assigned
to carry out the share buyback undertakes, however, not to acquire more
than 10% of the average daily volume of shares in any one day on the stock
exchange on which the purchase is carried out. The average volume of shares
is based on the average daily trade volume of the 20 trading days preceding
the specific date of purchase.
