Mr. Kishore, a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, has vast expertise in product development strategies utilizing the benefits of IT & systems to reduce costs, the mitigation of banking risk and to improve the utilization of alternative delivery channels; all while increasing efficiencies. With the addition of Mr. Kishore, Sussex Bank reinforced its commitment to the latest in technology, improved efficiency and information security.
Mr. Kishore was most recently a Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer at ConnectOne Bank where he was responsible for overall operations and technology including deposit and loan operations, systems and technology, vendor management, new product development and implementation and information security. Prior to that, he held similar positions at Carver Federal Savings Bank in New York and Hanover Community Bank in Garden City Park, New York.
Additionally, Mr. Kishore is a member of the ABA Working Group for Cyber Security and has been a featured speaker at Technology Seminars hosted by ABA, FDIC and other forums.
