On 6 may Linus Hägg will replace Thomas Johansson as the company’s Chief
Financial Officer. Thomas, who has now chosen to leave the company, has since
the start 2008 built up the company’s finance function from a blank slate to the
standard required for a listed company in Sweden. We are deeply grateful for
Thomas’ commitment and his contribution to the company’s growth.
Linus Hägg, who since 2011 has worked in parallel with Thomas as Head of
Corporate Finance, is well familiar with the company’s procedures, which should
ensure a smooth succession.
Leif Jansson, who is in charge of investor relations, land leases and
acquisitions, will now also take up the post of Human Resources Director, a role
which Thomas also held.
