Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-03-10 14:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq Vilnius decided to resume trading in INVL Technology AB shares (INC1L, ISIN code: LT0000128860) and to remove observation status for these shares from March 12, 2015.
INVL Technology informed, that the Bank of Lithuania decided to treat the information submitted in the publicly announced reorganization terms of INVL Technology and BAIP Group and other documents to be equivalent to information of prospectus of INVL Technology operating after the reorganization. INVL Technology submitted the request to the Nasdaq Vilnius to resume trading in company's shares.
