No. 5 2015 Grant of options to the Executive Board and management team of Solar A/S


Solar’s Board of Directors will grant a total of 38,372 options in 2015. The total market value is DKK 2m.

The Board of Directors will grant options to the Executive Board and management team again in 2015. The exercise price is fixed at DKK 335.26 based on the average price on Nasdaq Copenhagen for the first 10 business days after publication of Annual Report 2014. The number of options is 38,372.


Market value
The market value of the options granted has now been determined at DKK 2m. Market value is calculated using the Black-Scholes model with a volatility of 29% (calculation based on the past 36 months), an interest-rate level of 2% and a share price of DKK 335.26. The grant is governed by the provision that options granted will be exercised in March 2018. The measurement takes into consideration future dividend distribution of 2% of the share price.


Exercise of share options
Share options issued in 2015 can be used to acquire shares in the company in 2018 and 2019. However, exercise can only be made within the first 10 banking days following publication of the company's annual reports for 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Today, share options outstanding total 136,466.
