CORRECTION FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2015
Further to the announcement it made on 18 December 2014, G4S plc, the world's leading international security solutions provider, announces a correction to its intended financial calendar for 2015 which should now read:

| 13 May | Interim Management Statement |
| 4 June | Annual General Meeting |
| 12 August | Announcement of half-year results to 30 June 2015 |
| 11 November | Interim Management Statement |
