Autoliv Wins Toyota’s Global Contribution Award


(Stockholm, March 12, 2015) --- Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) – the
global leader in automotive safety systems – has been honored with Toyota's
Global Contribution award. This is the automakers highest award for supplier,
and is given in recognition of companies with outstanding performance during the
past year.
This is the fourth time Autoliv has received the prestigious Global Contribution
Award from Toyota. Continuous improvement activities and strong collaboration
with Toyota on a global level in areas such as quality, cost optimization,
communication and engineering support are the main reasons for Autoliv being
named as a top supplier by Toyota.

Additionally, Autoliv was also selected as a winner of the Superior Value
Improvement Award. The awards was presented as a part of Toyota’s annual Global
Supplier Conference 2015, which took place in Nagoya, Japan. Jan Carlson,
Chairman, President and CEO of Autoliv, accepted the awards from Mr.Uchiyamada,
Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, on behalf of the Autoliv group.
