Dear Customer,
As informed in previous IT notices related to the Genium Consolidated Feed (GCF) release 3.0, there will be a common test period mandatory for all GCF customers.
These tests will take place April 7- 17, 2015, and test environment to be used is external GCF 3.0 test system EXT1. If you have not yet acquired test account for EXT1 environment please contact dataproducts@nasdaq.com.
The purpose of the test is to verify that customers have implemented support for protocol changes and connectivity via SoupBin protocol without implications for the service. Verifications are required for the following:
- Login to system
- Session request
- Failover
- Logoff
Related to failover testing there will be a forced disconnection each day at 14:00 CET during the test period.
Nasdaq will be monitoring the system logs during the test period, but customers are themselves obliged to report the outcome of their tests.
