JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība” has received notification from Uldis Mierkalns on the gaining indirect significant shareholding in JSC “Saldus mežrūpniecība”(see attached).
Uldis Mierkalns has indirect participation with SIA “Kubit” increased by 27.21% on 19.02.2015., totaling indirect holding 72.39% of JSC "Saldus mežrūpniecība" shares.
