Accusation of unlawful disclosure of inside information dropped
The Danish Public Prosecutor for Serious Economic and International Crime (SØIK) has today informed Realkredit Danmark that the accusation of unlawful disclosure of inside information brought against Realkredit Danmark on 21 July 2014 is dropped.
The accusation was brought against Realkredit Danmark and one employee. Company announcement No. 53/2014 provides more information.
“We take note of SØIK’s decision to drop the accusation,” says Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen, CEO of Realkredit Danmark, and goes on: “Now all accusations brought against Realkredit Danmark in February and July 2014 have been dropped.”
