JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra announces that legal process in Würzburg Regional Court (Germany) regarding the JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra lodged claim against a company in Germany Excelsius Global Services GmbH and legal individuals for EUR 3.599.339,72 and interest recovery is terminated due to a settlement conclusion. On 10th of March information has been received from the JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra representative, advocate office in Germany that the settlement has been fulfilled. According with the terms JSC Valmieras stikla šķiedra received a compensation in the amount of EUR 1.000.000.00, as well as 50% of all the legal costs.
