Eniro publishes prospectus relating to the rights issue


The prospectus relating to Eniro’s rights issue has today been approved and
registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now available
on the company’s website www.enirogroup.com as well as on SEB’s website
www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses.
The prospectus will only be available in digital copies. An information brochure
will be sent out to all Eniro’s directly registered holders of ordinary shares.
The information brochure is also available on www.enirogroup.com.

Nominee-registered holders of ordinary shares will obtain information from their
nominees.

ABG Sundal Collier AB is acting as financial advisor and Gernandt & Danielsson
Advokatbyrå KB is the legal advisor to Eniro in connection with the rights
issue.
