Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd (“Vostok Nafta" or “The Company”) has between March 9 and March 13, 2015 repurchased 79,016 Swedish Depository Receipts (SDRs), at an average price of SEK 42.07. This represents 0.11% of the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta, before the buy-backs. All repurchased SDRs will be cancelled. After the cancellation of the repurchased SDRs, the total number of outstanding SDRs of Vostok Nafta will be 73,563,865.
