NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT
Suominen Corporation (business identity code 1680141-9) has today received notification referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Finnish Industry Investment Ltd (Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy), business identity code 1007806-3).
According to the notification, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd has on 16 March 2015 divested Suominen shares and consequently crossed the flagging threshold of 5% of all shares and votes in Suominen Corporation.
In its previous notification, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd stated it held 22,222,222 Suominen shares, corresponding to 9.04% of shares and votes in Suominen Corporation. Before the transaction made on 16 March 2015, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd held 14,009,604 shares, corresponding to 5.57% of all shares and votes. After the transaction made on 16 March 2015, Finnish Industry Investment Ltd holds in total 7,009,604 Suominen shares, corresponding to 2.78% of all shares and votes.
The total number of shares and votes in Suominen Corporation used as calculation basis in the notification is 251,365,648.
