Åsa Hedin, EVP Corporate Strategy, leaves Elekta


STOCKHOLM, March 18, 2015 – Elekta (EKTA-B.ST) announced today that Åsa Hedin,
Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy, has accepted a career opportunity
outside of Elekta and will leave the Company March 30, 2015.
Niklas Savander says: “We have a strong appreciation for Åsa’s loyalty and large
contribution to Elekta during her years with the Company. We wish her all the
best in her future career endeavors.”

Åsa Hedin comments: “It has been a great joy and honor to be part of Elekta for

A successor to Åsa Hedin will be announced in due course.

Åsa Hedin has worked for Elekta between 1994 and 2000 and from 2007, when she
rejoined the Company to lead Elekta Neuroscience as a member of the Executive
Management team. In May 2014 she was appointed Executive Vice President (EVP)
Corporate Strategy, assuming responsibility for Strategy, Marketing and
Education & Training.
