Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of ICA Gruppen

ICA Gruppen’s 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 09.30 CET on
Wednesday, 22 April 2015 at Ericsson Globe, Globentorget 2, Stockholm. Admission
is via Annex Entrance 3 (facing Arenatorget). Registration will begin at 08.30
CET. Light refreshments will be served at the meeting.
Notice of attendance
Shareholders who wish to participate in the Annual General Meeting must be
registered in the share register held by Euroclear Sweden AB no later than
Thursday, 16 April 2015 and must notify their intention to attend no later than
Thursday, 16 April 2015. Such notification may be made via the Company’s website
at www.icagruppen.se or by telephoning +46 8 402 90 40 on weekdays between 09.00
and 17.00 CET. Notification may also be given in writing by post to ICA Gruppen
AB, Årsstämma 2015, c/o Euroclear Sweden AB, Box 191, SE-101 23 Stockholm,
Sweden.
The notification of attendance shall include the shareholder’s name, personal
identity number or corporate registration number, address, phone number and the
number of assistants also attending (maximum two). Admission passes will be sent
out from 17 April 2015 and must be presented on registering at the AGM.

website at www.icagruppen.se once the AGM has closed on 22 April 2015.
Notice of general meeting
The notice of the Annual General Meeting, which is attached to this press
release, will be published in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar (the Official Swedish
Gazette) and an announcement that notice has been given will be placed in
Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Industri and Dagens Nyheter on Friday, 20 March
