Oriola-KD redeems the EUR 40 million hybrid bond


Oriola-KD Corporation ("Oriola-KD") will redeem its EUR 40 million hybrid bond
in its entirety together with accrued interest. The hybrid bond was issued on
20 February 2014.

According to the terms and conditions of the hybrid bond, the hybrid bond can be
redeemed in its entirety if Oriola-KD issues equity instruments at an amount at
least equal to the outstanding amount of the hybrid bond. The EUR 75.6 million
rights offering by Oriola-KD that concluded in early March 2015 thus enables the
redemption of the hybrid bond. The hybrid bond will be redeemed in accordance
with its terms and conditions on 20 April 2015.
