Mr. Blakely, who has enjoyed an extensive and distinguished career in the Canadian public markets, replaces Mr. Horst Hueniken who recently stepped down as Urban Barns' Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hueniken will continue to serve as the Chairman and a director of Urban Barns, and the company wishes to thank him for his efforts as CFO.
