Senior management changes at Handelsbanken

Olof Lindstrand at Central Head Office in Handelsbanken is leaving the Group’s
Senior Management. He will continue to work as a board member for some of
Handelsbanken’s regional banks and subsidiaries.

Anders Ohlner at Central Head Office in Handelsbanken has reached his
contractual age of retirement and is leaving the Group’s Senior Management.

Håkan Sandberg at Central Head Office in Handelsbanken is leaving the Group’s
Senior Management. He will continue to work as a board member for some of
Handelsbanken’s regional banks.

Klas Tollstadius is leaving the Group's Senior Management and in future will
report directly to the Chairman of the Board.  Klas Tollstadius will be
responsible for Corporate Governance and will continue to act as Company
Secretary.

All these changes are effective as of 25 March.
