Trade Street Residential Announces Dividend for the First Quarter of 2015

Declares Dividend of $0.095 Per Share


AVENTURA, Fla., March 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trade Street Residential, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSRE) (the "Company"), a vertically integrated and self-managed real estate investment trust ("REIT") focused on acquiring, owning, operating and managing high-quality, conveniently located, apartment communities in mid-sized cities and suburban submarkets of larger cities primarily in the southeastern United States and Texas, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.095 per share on the Company's common stock for the first quarter of 2015. The first quarter dividend will be payable April 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2015.
