Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend


WESTERLY, R.I., March 19, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq:WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2015. This represents a two-cent increase over the dividend paid in the previous quarter. The dividend will be paid April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2015.
