Kesko's financial statements, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration
Statement and 2014 Annual Report

Kesko's financial statements, the separate Corporate Government Statement and
Remuneration Statement for 2014, referred to in the Finnish Corporate Governance
Code, and the 2014 Annual Report have been published today in Finnish and
English.

The financial statements can be read and downloaded at

kertomukset. The financial statements include the consolidated financial
statements, the Report by the Board of Directors and the Auditor's Report.

Kesko's 2014 Annual Report, which replaces the Annual Report and the Corporate
