Motif Moose Jaw Multicultural Festival receives federal funding


MOOSE JAW, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - March 24, 2015) - Department of Canadian Heritage

The Government of Canada is providing $4,200 in support for the Motif Moose Jaw Multicultural Festival. This funding is being provided under Canadian Heritage's Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program, which provides Canadians with more opportunities to take part in activities that present local arts and culture and celebrate local history and heritage.

Ray Boughen, Member of Parliament (Palliser), made this announcement today on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.

  • The 41st Motif Moose Jaw Multicultural Festival will take place July 10 to 12, 2015, at Happy Valley Park in Moose Jaw.
