Update regarding Skanska in Brazil

The Comptroller General (CGU) and the Administrative Council of Economic Defense
(CADE) have announced they will involve additional companies in the
investigation surrounding Petrobras, among them Skanska do Brasil.
Skanska has a zero tolerance against corruption and takes the situation
seriously.

In July 2014 Skanska announced it would wind down its operations in Latin
America and exit the market. A new Business Unit President was appointed, and a
number of other key positions have also been replaced. Skanska is completing
ongoing construction contracts and not bidding for new construction projects.
The operations and maintenance business in Latin America will be divested.
