Quadrant 4 will be part of a panel discussing the topic of SCRATCHing The Surface: Introducing Academic Rigor through Fun in Expanded Learning Programs. Quadrant 4 will showcase after school learning use cases for the kindergarten through 8th grade student population.

Funding for these enhanced learning programs on the federal level, which has been rapidly rising, comes from such sources as the After School 21st Century Community Learning Centers initiative which provides $1.2B annually.
