In his new role, Mr. Wauters also continues to lead the Arc'teryx brand. He will report to Amer Sports' President and CEO Heikki Takala. Mr. Wauters has successfully been leading Arc'teryx since 2012. Before that, he was the Senior Vice President, Amer Sports Global Operations, and a member of the Executive Board.
