Credit Acceptance Announces $250 Million Senior Notes Offering


Southfield, Michigan, March 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Credit Acceptance Corporation ( NASDAQ: CACC) (referred to as the "Company", "Credit Acceptance", "we", "our", or "us") announced today that it plans to offer $250 million of senior notes due 2023 (the "notes"). We intend to use the net proceeds from the offering of the notes for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of outstanding borrowings, if any, under our revolving credit facility.

The notes will be offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").
