Saint-Cloud, France, March 25, 2015 - Dassault Aviation buys back 5% of its share capital.

Airbus Group completed today a placement of 1,612,407 shares of Dassault Aviation corresponding to 17.5% of the company's share capital.

In accordance with the agreement signed with Airbus Group and pursuant to the approval granted by its shareholders during its shareholders' meeting dated January 28, 2015, Dassault Aviation acquired through this placement 460,687 shares corresponding to 5% of its share capital at a price of 980 euros per share, i.e. for a total amount of 451 million euros. The remainder, i.e. 1,151,720 shares corresponding to 12.5% of its share capital, has been subscribed by institutional investors at a price of 1,030 euros per share.

After such placement by Airbus Group, the shareholding of Dassault Aviation results as follows:

The trading of the Dassault Aviation shares on Euronext Paris shall resume on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 9:00 am Paris time.
