Basware expands its relationship with major global logistics company providing
e-invoicing services

Basware has expanded its e-invoicing agreement with a major global logistics
company based in Germany. The agreement includes services for inbound e-
invoicing. The value of the agreement exceeds EUR 1.2 million over three years.
The agreement was accomplished in cooperation with a Basware partner BÜROTEX
metadok GmbH.

"This customer processes one million invoices annually. Basware's e-invoicing
