ODDO & CIE, Paris, France, informed us pursuant to Article 21 (1) of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its share of the voting rights in
Alphaform AG, Feldkirchen, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% on
19 March 2015 and amounted to 5.28% on that day (corresponding to 417,441
voting rights).
5.28% of the voting rights (corresponding to 417,441 voting rights) are to
be allocated to ODDO & CIE pursuant to Article 22 (1) No. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights will be allocated to ODDO & CIE from the following
shareholders whose share of the voting rights in Alphaform AG amounts to 3%
or more in each case: ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG
