YIT to sell apartments worth around EUR 25 million for rental use
YIT has signed agreements on the sale of a total of 112 apartments to Ålandsbanken residential property fund and ICECAPITAL Asunto 2015 Ky -fund. The total value of the agreements is approximately EUR 25 million.
The agreement with Ålandsbanken residential property fund covers 59 apartments and the agreement with ICECAPITAL Asunto 2015 Ky 53 apartments. The apartments, which will come for rental use, are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area or in other Finnish growth centres and are from projects that are either under construction or completed.
