The Board of Directors proposes a share split 10:1


The Board of Directors of HEXPOL AB (publ) proposes, with the purpose to
facilitate the trade in the company’s listed shares at Nasdaq Stockholm, that
the Annual General Meeting 2015 resolves on a share split as follows.

- To increase the number of shares in the company by dividing every share,
regardless of share series, into ten (10) shares of the same series.

- To determine the record date for the share split to 19 May 2015.

The Board of Directors of HEXPOL AB (publ) also propose the Annual General
Meeting to, with the purpose to adapt the limits of the number of shares, change
the second and third paragraphs of section 4 in the articles of association to
be able to do the share split.
