Take 'n' Bake Pizza Chain to Donate $5,000
Check Presentation to Take Place at the Portland Trail Blazers Game on March 30

(Nasdaq:FRSH), the world's leading take 'n' bake pizza franchise, today announced a new partnership with Urban Gleaners and a $5,000 donation to support the organization in its efforts to alleviate hunger. Urban Gleaners collects edible, surplus food that would otherwise be thrown away and redistributes it to agencies that feed the hungry and to children and their families through their Food to Schools program.

On Monday, March 30, Papa Murphy's will make a $5,000 donation to Urban Gleaners at a check presentation ceremony during half-time of the Portland Trail Blazers game. In addition to the donation, Papa Murphy's employees and management team will volunteer and participate in delivering food to Urban Gleaners programs.

Urban Gleaners redistributes food to Emergency Food Relief Agencies and through its Food to Schools program as well as at Summer Free Farmers Markets. Their 45 volunteers pick up food from various donors on a weekly basis and redistribute it to feed the hungry.
