Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE ("Deutsche Annington") has today informed
GAGFAH S.A. ("GAGFAH") about its intention to vote in the shareholders'
meeting of GAGFAH convened for 17 April 2015 against a distribution of
dividends to the shareholders of GAGFAH for the fiscal year which ended on
31 December 2014. By voting rights notification submitted on 6 March 2015
Deutsche Annington has announced that it holds 88.79% of the voting rights
in GAGFAH. On this basis Deutsche Annington is in a position to
unilaterally decide on the use of profits of GAGFAH.
