Alytus, Lithuania, 2015-03-31 05:32 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of Company group ALITA AB (hereinafter - Company) announces the decision adopted in the meeting of the board of the Company dated 30 March 2015 to consider in the ordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company being convened on 22 April 2015 the issue of having the Company’s shares removed from AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange secondary list and to suspend public offer of shares.
