CENCORP HAS APPLIED FOR EXEMPTION PERMIT FROM THE FINNISH FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY TO THE DEADLINE OF THE DISCLOSURE OF THE FINANCIAL STAMENT AND THE REPORT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Chapter 7, Section 18, Subsection 2 of the Finnish Securities Market Act Cencorp has applied for an exemption permit from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority to the deadline of the disclosure of the Financial Statement and the Report of the Board of Directors to disclose its Financial Statement and the Report of the Board of Directors for the financial period ended on 31 December 2014 latest on 30 April 2015 instead of the deadline of three months pursuant to Chapter 7, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act. The company will issue a separate release on the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority’s decision on the matter.
