Nuuk, 2015-03-31 17:21 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NunaMinerals A/S hereby announces that the release of the Annual Report 2014 will be changed from 31 March 2015 to 17 April 2015. The postponement is conditional upon that a solution on the Company’s serious financial situation is found. If such solution is not found, the Company will not be in a position to release an Annual Report for the financial year 2014.
With reference to the company announcement no. 8 of 20 February and no. 9 of 26 February, the company is still in discussions with possible investors and the Government of Greenland that could lead to a final solution. However, the situation remains critical and if no solution is found, the company most likely has to file for bankruptcy.
The trading of the NunaMinerals shares on NASDAQ Copenhagen is currently suspended.
