BioNitrogen Appoints Dr. James L. Simonton to Its Board


WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2015) - BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (OTC PINK: BION), a cleantech company that utilizes patented technology to build environmentally-friendly plants that convert biomass into urea fertilizer, today announced that James L. Simonton, Ph.D., has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Simonton is an experienced engineer and former professor of engineering at Texas Tech University. He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee Space Institute.

Simonton received his B.S. in Textile Technology and management in 1979, his M.S. in Systems and Engineering Management in 2001 and his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering in 2004, all from Texas Tech University.
