JSC "Grobiņa" management report that on March 30, 2015 JSC "Grobiņa" received its board member’s Andris Vītoliņš notice that he leave the board member’s position on March 30, 2015. Consequently, on March 31, 2015 at 10.00 am was convened JSC "Grobiņa" council’s extraordinary meeting, during which unanimously as board member was elected Ireneusz Sajewicz.
